Natalie Forsythe is the founder of The Path to Food Freedom, a powerful educational community  that teaches people the proven behavior modification tools they need to recover from bingeing, restricting, and other disordered eating patterns. She is known for her researched, grounded, and silly approach to eating disorder recovery.

The core belief that fuels her mission and work in the world is that people who are free from out-of control eating experience more purpose, ease, and joy in life. When they experience this, they positively impact their families, communities and ultimately the whole world. This rippling impact is why she has committed her life's work to helping thousands of people to find freedom once and for all.

Natalie has a degree in psychology, and she has studied as an Intuitive Eating Counselor. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation.  She has spent the last decade synthesizing her research and experience into a simple program that offers the tools and mindset shifts essential to overcoming out-of-control eating.

Natalie struggled with Bulimia for a decade of her young life. After practicing the tools she now teaches, she left behind her disordered eating.  The freedom she experiences everyday fuels her in this work.    

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, these days Natalie enjoys flower walks around her neighborhood in Berkeley, California. She tends to her succulent garden, and is growing dahlias for the first time. She has a standing backgammon and brunch date with her sweetie every Saturday. Natalie is dedicated to love and service, above all else.
